Patch to save the PID file

Attached is the patch.  If it's mangled it is online at

  http://dev.gentoo.org/~lisa/proj/memcached/memcached_pid_save.diff

I hope people find this useful.  Sorry if I missed a few spaces
indentation here or there.

Usage:

  ./memcached -d -P /var/run/memcached.pid

Kill the daemon with
  kill `cat /var/run/memcached.pid`
