Concerns about flash and xhtml compliance: msg#00176

Subject:	Concerns about flash and xhtml compliance

Could W3 please include the embed tag and the attributes it uses? I would like my site to be both xhtml compliant and have Flash objects that play on Windows/Macintosh... The system I found that does not use the embed tag and includes an alternate image, does not play on Mac.

Tested on OS9 and WinXP using Iexplore.
