It does tell you which file you just validated, although perhaps not in
a visible enough manner:
for URI-mode:
[[ The document located at <http://www.w3.org/> was checked and found
to be valid XHTML 1.0 Strict. ]]
and for upload, there is
[[ File: index.html ]]
at the top.
