Yes we know that. We already tried to compile Qt-4.1 in static but we 
gain only 1MB (uncompressed). We will try to compile everything in 
static, this will reduce the total size.

Also be aware that for now we provide .pdb files (debug info) under 
Windows. Without this the setup in release mode is about 7MB.
The thing is that the setup will get bigger and bigger over time.
