Yup, just write a mail to 358224-subscribe-61a8vm9lEZVf4u+23C9RwQ@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx - you'll
get a confirmation mail for your subscription and afterwards you get
all mails concerning this bug.

There's also a nice way to "watch" packages, and you may want to use
this for watching the wengophone package from Marco in Debian:
