I would suggest you to install scons and to build the qtwengophone project once adding the build-vcproj=yes command line switch. It will generate .vcproj and .sln files that you'll be able to use easily.

I'd like to ckow if the Vcproj fils I can found in
"root/old/softphone-classic/0.949/wifo/libosip2/platform/windows"

permits me to have correct osip2 and osipparser2.dll

Moreover, I found dlls in
"old/softphone-csharp/bin/Debug/osip2.dll"

But I don't really know if this dlls are corrects...

You should not use anything coming from old/ . It's still here for archiving purposes.

If all this files are not correct...someone have an
VCproj file to construct the DLL osip2, osipparser and
phapi.dll ?!?

Since we do not use Visual Studio daily, the best way to get them is to generate them from scons as said above.
Please, let us know how it goes.
