osip2.dll and osipparser2.dll

Hi all,

I always like to realiase a simple application that
only call in command line.
But, it seems I need osip2.dll and osipparser2.dll  .
But I haven't scons, and I'd like to build it in
Visual C++.
I'd like to ckow if the Vcproj fils I can found in 
"root/old/softphone-classic/0.949/wifo/libosip2/platform/windows"

permits me to have correct osip2 and osipparser2.dll

Moreover, I found dlls in
"old/softphone-csharp/bin/Debug/osip2.dll"

But I don't really know if this dlls are corrects...

If all this files are not correct...someone have an
VCproj file to construct the DLL osip2, osipparser and
phapi.dll ?!?
