Unfortunately, it still doesn't compile. Definitely a syntax error now,
though. The output has replaced the former one, you can find it at

By the way, I peeked into SOptions. The first option is about a
'newbuildid', but setting it to one didn't help. Where can I find the
reference for these options?

scons: *** Do not know how to make target `buildid'.  Stop.
