ffmpeg rebuild in VC++ 2005 Express

Hi all,

Wengo classic doesn't build the avcodec.dll from the
source code, does it? It only copies a version of it
around. Would someone please confirm?

If so, I need to compile ffmpeg under VC++ 2005
Express.
And, has anyone done this before?
