In fact, My principal error is :

phapi.obj : error LNK2019: unresolved external symbol
_osip_contact_free referenced in function _ph_same_uri

So, I can find the declaration of this function in
osip_contact.h, but there is no definition of the
function...

You probably need to link your program against the osip library. I don't know how to do this using Visual Studio though.
