Subject: a true wiki and NG in debian

Hello all,

I am trying my hand at building the NG Wengophone, so far without success. To
try to tackle these problems I turned to the list!

First, it seems the dev.openwengo.com Wiki is not very wikiish - wouldn't it be
helpful to have a true wiki where people tinkering with the code could post
their successes and failures? Of course, with the steps included..

Then, a more specific query. I got the latest SVN revision, installed the
necessary development files, as well as the Boost and SCons packs. But I can't
seem to get past compilation:

wengophone/src/model/config/LanguageList.cpp:24:27: error: boost/regex.hpp: No
such file or directory

Well, the file does exist, and I exported BOOSTINCLUDEDIR=/usr/include/boost
Now, regex.hpp appears in two different places:

/usr/include/boost/algorithm/string/regex.hpp
/usr/include/boost/spirit/utility/regex.hpp

I really fail to understand how to define the variables so that SCons finds the
files. Indeed, that's the last thing I would like to ask for: could anyone
sketch a way to test and debug the build environment?

Regards,

Renato
