[PATCH] demux_mpeg.c (Fix mpeg2 parsing)

 Some  people  have complained  about  the  fact that  MPEG-II-PS  files
created by  VLC stream output aren't  playable by xine (but  are working
with vlc/mplayer/wmp).

 I have  found somes mistakes  in this  demuxer, when working  with mpeg2
source.

 This patch should fix them, but please double check.
