this weekend i reworked the debug code of xine-plugin to output to a
file, so it will be easier to check user reports and problems.

i also tested with konqueror (crashed once, worked once) and opera.
opera behaves differently, it doesn't ever call the NPP_NewStream and
the video does not play. somebody probably misunderstands the netscape
API (either we or opera developers).

yes, that would be really nice. i once managed to get a stack trace from
this crash but it didn't seemed to be xine related. mozilla was crashing
inside some gtk calls, pretty strange. i contacted some mozilla guys but
i think they were not much interested...
