[PATCH] Improving CDDA demuxer and minor bugfix for CDDA and CDX

 Hi Rocky,

I tried make the patch for CDDA demuxer (cdda.diff), then it won't limited only 
for CDDA input plugin and this will work:

  xine http://server/track1.raw#demux:cdda
  xine /boot/vmlinuz#demux:cdda

Extreme example. I wanted it only for testing purposes. :=)

Also I found last block in input_cdda isn't send into demuxer (cdda_exact.diff).
CDX plugin does same thing (cdx_exact.diff).
