I have checked the manpage and did some tests, only "-ansi" and the
equivalent "-std=c89" disable C++ style comments in gcc3, but these
also disable keywords we use, like inline and asm.

Therefore I would like to finally remove this useless "-std=gnu89"
switch. If noone objects, it will be gone in cvs by tomorrow.
(But native xine code should still try to use the good(TM) coments.)
