I guess I need to explain again that these aren't proper URIs. xine uses
URIs for compatibility with existing software (GNOME, KDE, and the world
at large).

Proper URIs would include:
cdda:/
cdda:///
cdda:///tmp/foo
cdda:/tmp/foo
etc.

The '@' would be discarded, as it is used to mark login names and
passwords before a hostname.
