VCD plugin replacement

Hi all,

looks like the "vcdx" plugin by Rocky Bernstein is finally ready to
replace xine's old "vcd" plugin. That would immediately bring support for
all the nifty (S)(X)VCD navigation (basically stills and menu selection)
along with support for reading bin/cue files without burning them on CD,
first. Both features have been requested for quite some time now...

All the restructuring that Rocky wanted to do is completed, and he doesn't
mind merging the code back into xine-lib.

AFAICT, there are only two issues involved:

- FreeBSD is most likely not supported yet (I guess that's easy to fix,
  and we have a few FreeBSD users who agreed to do that.)

- The new plugin requires quite new versions of GNU VCDimager and libcdio.
  I guess they would have to be included (like many others) in the
  xine-lib tarball, at least for now. That's nothing too unusual for xine,
  though...

Does anybody mind doing that switch?
If not, I'll give it a shot next week...
