Size of MOV movie

Heya, This file gets a black border at the bottom and on the right: http://www.maths.tcd.ie/~gfoster/gu4decpreview.mov When I tried playing it through Quicktime (thanks Codeweavers ;), the file appears exactly the same size, without the black borders.
