File not working, reproducable error, but not on WMP

Hallo vlc,

I'm in possession of a file which doesn't play on VLC but works fine
in Windows Media Player on the same machine. The result of this test
is completely reproducable.

I had the impression VLC is using original Direct Show dec's to render
it's content so maybe knowledge of the file might be one step to find a
little bug in your otherwise excellent software.

I have tested the file with vlc-0.7.1-win32.exe on Windows 2000. If
you are interested in this file I could possibly find a way to send
a copy your way somehow. It's 183,000,000 million bytes... :)
