mpeg2 decoder of Linux and Windows: msg#00240video.videolan.vlc.general
I know that the VLC use mpeg2dec library for mepeg2 video. Is it same for Linux and Windows? In Linux, some files(MPEG2) are good, but some files(MPEG2) are correctly decoding. What's the problems do you think?
