It would be cool if tvtime could also use MPEG files as
sources for deinterlacing, although it would likely be
best done by having all filters also handle 4:2:0
content.. Sigh.

I'm going to close this until it's back on the plan.  Right
now, there is nobody willing to finish this feature any time
