Summary: Fullscreen mode doesn´t work on KDE 3.1.4

Initial Comment:
The Fullscreen mode video is given, but the window is not resized. 
it seams that the KDE 3.1.4 doesn't react. It was the same behavior 
on Suse Linux 8.2 & 9.0.

This should be fixed in the latest updates from SuSE
according to the SuSE KDE maintainer.

Some more information from Lubos Lunak, he was able to run
tvtime, and confirmed that there is actually a bug still in
their latest version from SuSE.  It should be fixed in the
next kdebase3 releaes, so hopefully someone will tell us
when that happens.

I wrote to Lubos Lunak, turns out this is a (fixed) bug in
SuSE's KDE-3.1.4.  He said:

"SuSE's KDE-3.1.4 has hacked in some kind of support for
_NET_WM_STATE_FULLSCREEN, but unfortunately part of the
patch was not applied by a mistake. This should be fixed by
a kdebase3.rpm update, which is already available."
