Summary: Autoresizing window with matte/ratio settings

Initial Comment:
Here's a little change in xcommon.c.
The Window is automatically resized when changing a matte/ratio
setting (changing the height against aspect ratio).
Works on my KDE 3.2beta .

This patch is no longer needed. KDE 3.2 understands aspect
ratio hints, and I have fixed a bug where they will be
updated on matte mode changes. Fix is in for 0.9.13. I am
closing this patch.

Thanks for your contribution though :)

Hi, just getting back from holidays, thanks for your
contribution!

However, I am not sure this is the right thing to do.
Changing the size of the window to match the aspect ratio
should be done by your window manager, and not by tvtime.
tvtime sets the aspect ratio hints, but they are being
ignored by kwin. Should not the correct fix be to just
change kwin to listen to aspect ratio hints?
