Summary: Challenge Global Picture Settings

Initial Comment:
It would be very nice if one were required to answer an
"Are you sure?"-type question when selecting "Save
current settings as global defaults" in the "Setup -
Picture" menu.

More than once (well, twice), I had to exit tvtime and
remove my mistake from the XML file to remove all those
extra settings I didn't intend to make.  I've learned
my lesson by now, but adding a challenge before
allowing global changes could save a lot of hassle for
new users.
