Animated gif in LiVES

Hi all,
I thought some of you might be interested in the new animated gif 
encoder in LiVES.

The gif encoder plugin was witten by Marco de la Cruz of Canada.

This brings the total number of encode/output formats in LiVES to 42: 
include the traditional mpeg1/2,vcd,svcd,dvd the newer ogg theora, the 
high quality xvid, and such experimental formats as dirac and matroska. 
LiVES also supports encoding to swf, mng, and animated gif, and will 
also produce output in yuv4mpeg format on stdout.

All these encoder plugins will be included in the upcoming 0.9.1 release 
of LiVES.
