theora encoder for mac os x?

Hey everyone, and thanx for a great Piksel week!!

I was very impressed with the quality of the Landmark videostream in 
theora format.. Now I wonder which would be the best encoder for a live 
stream from my g4 powerbook running os x (10.3.6). Any ideas? What I 
have found so far is MacFLAC 2.1.2. but it doesn't seem to do live 
video, only audio.
