Chapters

I was looking quickly at previous Chaptering system to look at what could be
kept/improved/changed/removed. And I thought about something.

I sometimes make audio mixes of about an hour. All tracks are mixed so you can't
tell this track starts there and this one stops just before.

A possible solution is to have a complete mix in one file, each track being
stored in a Segment (with it's own track information). But I don't really like
it. I actually made some CDs where a new track begins before the previous track
ends. So you can know exactly the beggining and the end of each track. It's not
possible with segments. But it should be possible with Chapters. As Chapters can
be overlapping each others (they are based on timecodes).

I just wanted to point out this neat little feature :)
(I'll add Chaptering to the EBMLed specs ASAP)
