A bunch of changes/fixes:
* Various fixes for gcc v3.1. I talked to the people at #c++ and
  we came to the conclusion that these changes should work with
  all gcc >= 2.95.2. Let's hope we were right;-)

* Made Prague::MMap and Prague::DLL more verbose.

* Made the server more verbose.

* Files actually install to the places they are expected to be

* Update berlinrc (and rename it to config) to find the files.
