compile issue libdts -

Trying to compile the latest cvs tree with the following config on a Fedora 
FC4

./configure --enable-mp3lame --enable-libogg --enable-vorbis --enable-faac 
--enable-xvid --enable-a52 --enable-a52 --enable-dts --enable-pp 
--enable-gpl

where do I get libdts from ?

yum install libdts does nothing
