Hello,

Not sure if this is related to ffmpeg or ffserver but AFAIK if you
want to seek the video file in the player like Google Video, then you
need the swf player to be written that way. Here is a very well
written article on how to achieve the seek functionality without using
the flash media server, just by using the metadata inserted in the flv
files and a regular Apache server.
