The bug happens between 2006-02-21 17:24:18 and 17:24:19.

Sorry to double post but I think this isn't being seen because I didn't write a long enough message. I did the regression test and it stops working with commit listed above. So could this please be fixed?

Code compiles fine under 10.4.x so it's most likely an issue of supporting 10.3 and 10.4. libavcodec comes from the ffmpeg project. I'd forward a note there and you might see a fix faster.
