flashing noise: msg#00240video.ffmpeg.user
I've been working with a re-encode for the last few days. It is 1920x1280 source (HDTV) I have tried several options for the output, but they all result in "Flashing Noise" Has anyone else seen this, it just appears to be random noise, that intensifies and then disapears several times a second.
