Does posting to a public mailing list implicitly add me to the list of
addresseees? English isn't my first language, let alone legalese english,
so clarification in plain english would be greatly appreciated.

It was copied about 8 times when it arrived in my system.

Well, I don't know. Am I implicitly on the list of addressees since I'm

Although I don't know whether any of this applies to me, since the email was
sent from the US, and I am in .fi, where the laws are not the same, and the
legal system is based on Swedish Law rather than common law, I doubt that
any of the requirements are actually legal here.

However, as a sign of good faith and cooperation, I will delete the emails and
any future ones.
