Having trouble installing Mach64 Debian packages.

I am running Debian unstable and am having problems installing the 
xlibmesa3-dri-mach64 package. When I do a apt-get -f install I recieve:

Unpacking xlibmesa3-dri-mach64 (from 
.../xlibmesa3-dri-mach64_2002.12.29-1_i386.deb) ...
dpkg: error processing 
/var/cache/apt/archives/xlibmesa3-dri-mach64_2002.12.29-1_i386.deb

trying to overwrite `/usr/lib/libGLU.so.1.3', which is also in package 
xlibmesa3-glu
dpkg-deb: subprocess paste killed by signal (Broken pipe)
Errors were encountered while processing:

Any suggestions?
