I've got an Asus board using the NForce2 chipset and a Radeon 9000Pro AGP card. Right now, I'm running kernel 2.4.22-pre4 which has the NVidia AGP drivers built in. Everything seems to work. You may want to give 2.4.22-pre6 (latest on kernel.org) a try.
