should be all you need here.

Make this

#define DriDrivers r200

Everything else (XFree86 DDX driver and kernel drm driver) is the same
for r100 and r200 based cards. But you need the r200 dri driver. OTOH
you don't need the gamma, r128 and radeon dri drivers.
