Compile DRI on 2.6.0-test1

Hi all, I'm tring to compile DRIPKG r200-2003XXXX-i386.tar.bz2 on a system with 
kernel 2.6.0-test1 , but during installation it complains about Rules.make 
missing,what can I do?
