I would be more than happy to speak at one of the conferences. I would have to figure out when I'm available, and I wouldn't be able to pay for much of it myself (so it would have to be one where traveling and hotel expenses are paid for me). Also, language-barrier might be an issue. I only speak english, so the conference would have to allow for that. Obviously, I would make an effort to learn as much of the area's language as I could, but that wouldn't be enough to give a talk.
