Re: ATI cards for free, last call!: msg#00150video.blender.devel
Heh, well I would love a new fast Radeon to replace my old-slow Radeon (VE/7000) :) But since I already have a Radeon, I don't actually *need* one... I've already started looking at my particular Radeon problem (slow-menu- drawing) and have a kind of fix (which unfortunately breaks Blender on another machine I have access to :( ). If anyone else is working on this area, maybe we should get in touch (my first step is to try and get rid of drawing-to-the- front-buffer which seems to be a big problem for everyone?) On another note - I can't seem to get access to #blendersauce - I tried the other night and wasn't accepted when I tried to /join john.. -- 7" single out now on iwari.com - namke communications: ice-9/salo http://www.iwari.com/ http://www.minimism.com/ -- "... 2 tracks of lush deep 4/4 house."
