C code de-dutchified!

Hey,

I imagined how irritating it would be to have code with swedish  
comments in it (nothing bad about swedes though!)... and with the  
attempt to doxigenify the code, it was really time to get rid of all of  
the dutch text!
Took me almost six full days to do... man o man, what stubborn  
persistant idiot wrote all that code? We should lock him up and throw  
the key away!
