Hi, Jesse,

Since your client and server versions are compatible, there may be
something wrong with the .key file itself.

How did you transfer the key file from the SOS Server to the SOS Client
directory? Perhaps it has become corrupted.

Are there other users who are successfully using encryption keys?

I would suggest doing the following:
1. On the General Settings tab of the SOS Server Manager, which encryption
option is currently selected - 128 bit or 56 bit?

Please, select the "128 bit" option if it is not already selected. Apply
any changes and restart the SOS Server service.

2. On the User Keys tab of the Server Manager, delete any key belonging to
Jesse (you).

3. In the SOS folder on the SOS Server machine, delete all .iky files
belonging to Jesse that are still in the folder .

4. In the SOS folder on your SOS Client machine, delete all <server>.key
files in the folder.

5. Now, create a new user key for Jesse.

6. Get the key to your client machine and import the key into the SOS
Client.

Let me know how things go.
