David, how to build and install the Subversion Python bindings is really the
kind of thing the Subversion community is responsible for documenting. (And
there are great docs in subversion/bindings/swig/INSTALL in the Subversion
source tree.) And integrating that with ViewVC isn't something you really
have to do. ViewVC just asks Python to load the Subversion bindings -- they
either are or aren't properly installed.
