Here is what you are looking forward to:
a)Being the minority for using Apache, Python, etc. on Windows.
There are *thousands* users of Apache+Subversion+Python on
Windows. You can install those in less than 10 minutes and
it works pretty well.
I don't have real figures (may be you do) of how many of the
said sites use ViewVC but the differences you could face
that can be related only to Windows are the lack of
diff, enscript and cvsgraph. Those are extensively explained
in ViewVC's Windows Readme.

experience bugs or problems that nobody else does, or find
bugs nobody else is aware of.)
Yeah... Once I've read that people should look upwards while
crossing the streets because they can be hit by a meteor. :)
