Hello,

The construction of english query ( viewvc.py -> english_query ) does not
consider the user conditions. For eg : When i tried to query commits not by user
"naran", the english query still displays as "Checkins by user naran" . Actually
it should show "Checkins not by user naran". I think you need to consider the
"query_entry.match" parameter
