Automatically treating one explicitly requested view as another causes URL
compatability headaches, and we don't want to go there.  Those same headaches,
plus a somewhat inelegant UI, plague the multiple-sorted-view-preference idea.

What if the default_file_view option could be set to "markup"?  Would that meet
your needs?  That way, a ViewVC URL that simply didn't specify a view= parameter
would automatically be a directory view for directories, and a markup view for
files.

Thoughts?  (I'll probably implement this feature anyway, because it's something
that I've been wanting myself, too.)
