Certainly some of this patch is goodness, especially the better coverage of the
Subversion authz file format.

I'm not terribly fond of the config stuffs, though.  Not that they aren't fine
for what they claim to be, but that I'd like something more generic in place.  I
mean, for folks running both CVS and Subversion, picking a single authorizer
won't make much sense.  Or for folks running Subversion where some repositories
are authz-covered and some aren't, same thing.

I've been thinking about possibly adding some ViewVC root configury that behaves
sorta kinda like the vhosts stuff.  Like, say, you have your basic cvs_roots,
svn_roots, root_parents, but then you can have these other sections named
[root-ROOTNAME] (where ROOTNAME is the name of a root) in which you can
configure options specific to that root.  Haven't had the time to think fully
thru that, though.
