Blech, the blame output is really hard to parse robustly. If there are long
author names with spaces, how to tell the difference between a space inside the
author name vs. a space between the author name and the text?

Switching to "svn blame --xml" would solve this problem, but the XML option is
available in Subversion 1.3 only.
