Yeah, I'm really sorry about that. Since this is not the first time, I
reacted by removing ALTER capability to anyone, and I will give
explicit authorization to anybody gentle enough to ask.

I'd like to know if there's any O(1) solution to this problem. Are
captchas up to the task?
