darcs -> git conversion fails with dir+file rename

hi,

in case a darcs patch contains the followings:

    move ./dir ./dir2
    move ./dir2/file ./dir2/file2

tailor will fail to convert the darcs repo to git. here is a gettable
repo that triggers the bug:

here is the output:

here is my config:
