svk windows install and cygwin: use alias works best

for those who are wondering like me how windows installed svk could
work with cygwin (which gives you reasonable command line completion):

i installed the normal windows version and created an alias (in
/etc/profile e.g), with svk in the path:
alias svk="/cygdrive/c/svk/bin/perl.exe 'c:\svk\bin\svk' $*"
